Project Objectives

The main goal was to produce a precise, high-resolution digital version of the existing emblem. This involved capturing the emblem's characteristic style and details to ensure it would translate well onto large signage and promotional displays.

Design and Production

The process started with a detailed drawing stage. Using a tablet and stylus, I carefully redrew the Hobby Horse emblem, ensuring every line and detail was carefully traced and refined. The drawing stage was crucial for capturing the emblem's character accurately, and the client was involved in reviewing and approving the draft to ensure it met their expectations.
The image shows this important phase, where the initial line work is being crafted digitally, allowing for high precision, clean lines, and scalability. Once the approval was given, the digital artwork was finalized for printing and signage production.

Challenges and Solutions

The challenge was to retain the vintage style and charm of the original logo while creating a crisp, scalable digital version. The meticulous drawing process allowed us to achieve a high-quality reproduction that maintained the emblem's character and authenticity.

Outcome and Impact

The newly redrawn emblem was used for producing signage that not only meets high aesthetic standards but also preserves the essence of the original design. The client was highly pleased with the detailed, accurate depiction of their logo and the professional finish on their signage.
