The project began with a detailed artwork and design stage, where tools and equipment were measured and drawn to scale. This precise drawing process ensured that every tool would fit perfectly into its designated shadow.
Once the designs were finalized, the project moved into production, which involved:
• 3D printing of prototype tool holders for initial fitting and verification.
• Plasma cutting and welding of metal components for durability.
• Powdercoating of the crafted tool holders to prevent corrosion and provide a clean finish.
The assembled shadow boards now feature custom-holstered tools and equipment, all designed to hold specific items securely and in an organized manner.
