Client Background

We partnered with SEMS who deliver Event Medical Cover and Ambulance Transport Services across the region. Their team consists of paramedics, first responders, and event medics who require high- performance, identifiable workwear suitable for fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

The company is often deployed at public events, festivals, and emergency call-outs—making professional appearance and practicality essential.

Project Objectives

The company approached us with the following key aims:
• Provide durable, professional workwear suitable for active medical staff
• Ensure garments are clearly branded and compliant for event and emergency use
• Offer seasonal uniform options (breathable for summer events, insulated for winter standby duties)
• Print and embroider company logos on a variety of garments, including high-visibility and waterproof items
• Work with a supplier who could deliver quick turnaround times and manage repeat orders smoothly as their team expanded

Design and Production

We worked closely with the CEO to develop a versatile uniform range tailored to their working conditions and visibility requirements:
• Hi-Vis Jackets & Vests: Printed with reflective heat transfer logos for maximum visibility during nighttime and outdoor events
• Softshell & Fleece Jackets: Embroidered with company branding, suitable for colder standby shifts and ambulance transport
• Polos & Base Layers: Lightweight, breathable options printed front and back for daytime events or indoor cover
• Specific clothing supplied by SEMS themselves

Every item was customised with either full-colour print or embroidered logos, depending on garment type and fabric, ensuring both branding visibility and garment durability.

Challenges and Solutions

1. Garment Variety & Compliance
Medical staff required a range of garments for different environments while maintaining a consistent and compliant appearance across the team. This was sometimes challenging but we always came up with a positive solution
2. Fast Turnaround for Operational Needs

Due to the unpredictable nature of emergency work and last-minute bookings, the company sometimes needed additional uniforms with very little notice. As a solution, we kept a buffer of commonly used garments in stock and pre-digitised logo files on hand. This allowed us to complete and dispatch urgent orders within tight deadlines.
